Mine our spawning about every 5-6 weeks. No fry survives due to being in a community tank. My largest male is about 3.25.

Not sure. The problem is the parents are in a heavily planted community tank and it's really hard to catch anything.

For me, they are not too bad for temperament. I have them in a community set up and have not noticed any damage to the other fish. I will say though, they have claimed about a third of the tank during this spawning. They are also pretty young. I expect as they get bigger, their aggression will increase. Especially during spawning. I keep them with other Nanolutea's, Black Phantom Tetras, SAE's and some small rainbow fish.

Thanks, they are indeed beautiful. These are tank raised. I bought them from WetSpot tropical fish. I feed them a mixture of foods, they are omnivorous.

Pretty much Vienna VA tap water. I find that my tanks usually settle (after a few months) in at pH 7.4 - 8.0. TDS around 260ppm. I don't add anything to my water except Prime and Plant Ferts. 30% w/c once a week. Temp. mid 70's. Heavily planted. Eco-complete and sand substrate.
