We resumed hospitality after a several year hiatus due to COVID. 135 items in the auction with commissions of $1,172.75 paid out to members. Thank you to Kathryn Lawson and Chris Teem who (respectively) volunteered to be Hospitality Co-Host and conduct a financial Audit. Need volunteers for the following functions as PVAS is only as good as we all make it: Group Buys - best if two members volunteer and share this function Fish Bags - sell them at meetings and keep inventory when certain sizes are running low. Please note: I will not be bringing bags to future meetings until we have one or two members taking on this role.

So apparently PayPal won't let folks use Friends and Family with PVAS' account. No problem as we budget for PayPal and Square Fees. Please don't round up.

All, I'm in Florida until Wednesday. I just searched again for the smaller bins for the 6 tray setup. Everyone is still out of stock. Will check again on Monday. Meantime, I'm in touch with the manufacturer. Maybe we will luck out - if yes I'll get 18 small trays. If not I'll order the four tray setup for everyone unless you email me that you preer the alternative proffered below. Alternatively, those wanting the six tray setup can build for that setup. Once I can source the trays I'll acquire and bring to a future meeting. Let me know at michael.restazonia at gmail.com
