SELLERS: Finished auction reconciliation, first batch of checks went out yesterday and last checks were just placed in the mailbox. All checks sent to address in MyGroupAuctions. One seller check not sent due to no address entered in MyGroupAuctions. Email sent to seller asking to enter address.
BTW: about once a year a seller does not get their payout because they don't monitor the email entered in MGA or if they do, they do not update the address. As an example we have one check never sent from the October 2018 All-Day Auction.
Please cash as soon as possible. PVAS just entered two un-cashed checks from the 2017 Spring Auction as misc. income. There are a number of 2017 Fall Auction checks that were never cashed. These will be entered as misc. income to PVAS in October of this year.
It was my first all day auction and I have to say it was awesome so many great people and fish and plants. There were so many fish I have never seen before and it makes me want to setup many more tanks LOL.
