The Zoom link for tomorrow's meeting was also used for our last Board meeting which was recorded. I don't have access to the controls to turn off recording, so when you ask to join the meeting, you will be informed that the meeting is being recorded. The only person with access to the recording is Michael who owns and controls the club's Zoom account. Michael is fish collecting in Peru right now and doesn't have internet access. He will delete the recording when he gets back.

Just wanted you to know that the recording isn't public, and won't be retained.
