Congrats! it looks like you have Endlers livebearers- the colorful ones are male and any bigger less colorful ones would be female. If you have both sexes prepare to have lots of fry!
Agreed with Matt -- Endlers (males are colored up / females will be hard to distinguish from female guppies)
