Got a starter group of 8x Xenotoca doadrioi from PVAS Club member John Mangan back on December 12th. About a month so later, they dropped 6x fry. These have now grown nicely. The party was now up to 14x. For some reason, the females have not dropped new fry for about 3x months. However, upon return from a 2x week vacation, I'm very pleased (and bit surprised) to find a number of fry dropped. So far, I can count at least 10x. So! BAP is "on" for our first CARES species. It is immensely satisfying to have started with 8x endangered species, and to have them now at 24x. Here is a short video - look closely for the fry.

Here's another quick look at the X. doadrioi colony. Very excited about these guys!
