Unfortunately I don't have a good answer for your question. What I was going to tell you a couple of days ago has now changed. What seemed like a very good option, on closer examination of numbers, now doesn't look good; an option we thought was closed has maybe reopened; and just yesterday a new option appeared. As soon as there is a clear answer I will let everyone know.
