Halloween seems like an appropriate time to announce that Chico's has risen from the grave. There is an old saying about the last nail being put into your coffin. Not only were all of the nails in ours we were also down in the hole with dirt being shoveled in. By a last second miracle our landlord agreed to terms that would give us a chance to reopen. For those not familiar with our story the short version is our landlord promised our new location would be ready in October of 2022 . We were forced into a "temporary" space where we were barely functioning for over a year. We are now getting close to reopening. Our goal is around mid-November. We need help however. After a year plus in delays our resources have been almost totaly depleted.
