Spawning Report: Xiphophorus milleri, Catemoco livebearer

A new batch of Catemoco livebearer babies born about two weeks ago, so May 14, 2024. I hope they make it. I wonder if they are more likley to breed in the spring?

Sadly I lost almost all of the fry this summer before they reached adulthood. My guess is it was too hot in my fish room for a couple days. They have not spawned again since then. So this BAP remains incomplete.

Had another dozen fry appear on June 25 so up to 18 total so far.
