The Potomac Valley Aquarium Society is a family-oriented fish club dedicated to furthering the aquarium hobby. Our members enjoy keeping and breeding many types of fish, invertebrates, and aquatic plants. Our focus is more on freshwater than saltwater, but our interests are diverse. We meet monthly in northern Virginia. Our membership hails from all over the Washington, DC metropolitan area and beyond. All aquarium hobbyists are welcome at our meetings and auctions where we socialize, share knowledge, and exchange wet pets, plants, and equipment. We hope you'll join us.
