We welcome all vendors to the All-Aquarium Catfish Convention 2008. We offer a convention sponsorship opportunity. For those not interested in being sponsors we offer vendors space at a nominal vendor fee. Vendors must display Friday 3:00pm - 9:00pm and Saturday 8:00am - 7:00pm and have the option of displaying Sunday 8:00am - noon. Setup may take place Thursday through Friday until 3:00pm.
To sell fish, plants or dry-goods at the convention individuals or businesses must book a hotel room under the “Catfish Convention” room block or register as a vendor for the convention.
We have spacious rooms available right in the middle of the action. These are exhibitor only rooms. If you intend to sell fish from these rooms or bring in water for displays we ask that you accept responsibility for any water damage that might occur as a result of your participation. You will also need to supply your own grounded extension cords and/or power strips if you require electrical power.
Vendor Convention Sponsorship - $200
Includes:- Up to four tables, additional tables $10 each.
- Complete Convention Package including four meals for one individual.
- Your supplied logo in the official All Aquarium Catfish Convention Program and Website.
- Your product brochures or samples placed in each Convention Tote Bag presented to each registered convention attendee.
Vendor fee - $20 for first 6 foot table and $10 for each additional 6 foot table.
