The generosity of sponsors through financial and in-kind contributions permits The Potomac Valley Aquarium Society to invite hundreds of international and national aquarists to the All Aquarium Catfish Convention. The Potomac Valley Aquarium Society offers numerous sponsorship opportunities for any person, organization or business interested in the aquarium hobby.

Sponsors are listed on website and in the Convention Program. All sponsors are recognized at the Banquet. Additional recognition is provided for Speaker sponsors with announcements before each speaker's presentation. Sponsors of special rooms—Fish Show room, Hospitality Suite, Clubs room, etc.—are recognized in those locales and on those webpages. Convention sponsors may request the display of sponsor provided banners in high traffic areas of the convention hotel.
