Monthly Mini-Auctions


The PVAS monthly mini-auction is a great way of obtaining some great fish, plants, and related items, whether rare or common, at great prices. Members can enter items for sale in the monthly mini-auctions. PVAS retains 25% of the sale price, 75% of all sales proceeds go to the seller. Members are encouraged to bring fish, plants, and related items, for the mini-auction since it provides a great way of exchanging items with other PVAS hobbyists.

Sellers: Please label each item for sale with the item's name and item number. The item number will be provided when you register the item for the auction.

Buyers: Please bring cash, so sellers can be paid immediately upon the conclusion of the mini-auction.

As always, donations are welcomed.

PVAS Spring Auction

The all-day auction is a great opportunity to buy & sell fish, plants, equipment and hobby-related items!

We will also hold a raffle for new equipment and supplies!

Buyer's Registration & Check out, and Auction will be held in the cafeteria.

Seller's registration will be held in hallway outside of cafeteria. Seller's Registration opens at 9:00 am. Please register early. Since we have to vacate the school by 6pm, we can only accept 700 items to the auction. Seller's Registration will close when we have 700 items registered, or by 12:00 noon - whichever comes first.

Auctioning begins at 10:00 am and ends at 5:00 pm.

Directions:
  • The school is located at the intersection of Nutley St and I-66 West
  • Take I-66 West to the first exit, which is Rt.243 Nutley Street
  • Go North on Rt.243 towards Vienna.
  • Stay in right lane as you turn right on Marshall Road, SW.
  • The school is on the right and has several parking lots.
