JULY BOWL SHOW 2018 Results

We had a great turnout for the July BOWL SHOW.   Thanks to all who participated, brought fish to display, judged the contest, voted for the PEOPLE’s Choice Award.   Also thanks to all who brought food, it turned out a wonderful picnic with David Snell’s barbeque as the highlight along with a great selection of slaws and desserts.

The judges for the show did not judge any class in which they had entries.

Class 9: Schooling Fish set a record number of entries with 16 and almost all of those had the maximum 6 fish in each school.  I know I love to see a school of fish swimming in my tank, and I would guess a lot of other hobbyists do too.

THE WINNERS of the July 2018 BOWL SHOW are:

No, there was only one entry in Class 11 Goldfish and it was deemed not a first or second place fish by the judges. It had nice color and good size but was a bit listless and did not keep its fins erect.

Thanks for all your hard work Frank, another well run bowl show. Saw many beautiful fish, wish I tank space for them all.
